D. Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy)

1. Eligibility for Admission to first year Diploma in Pharmacy: Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks for open category in anyone of the following group. Physic, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry Maths and must have appeared in entrance exam.
2. Admission Process: It is centralized admission procedure, conducted by JEECUP Lucknow (U.P.). The Course fee will be notified at the time of admission. Moreover the interested candidate can take the admission under management quota.

• XII Mark sheet
• JEECUP Allotment letter
• Tranfer Certificate from last attended college/institute (Original)
• Migration Certificate from last attended board (CBSE/ICSE)/university (Original)
• Character Certificate from last attended college/institute (Original)
• Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST)
• Medical Certificate
• Seven Photographs Student
• Three Photographs Father
• Three Photographs mother
• Two Photographs of local guardians (for hostelers)
• Affidavit for gap in study
